There’s nothing more sacrilegious than Beauty and the Bitch….except maybe Preacher! Which is why it’s a really dope topic we are covering today!
We are jumping into the world of Preacher created by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon, and brought to life on screen by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and company on AMC. Now, we think this is an interesting choice for AMC to have adapted, and we have a lot of feelings. Meander along with us as Morgan speaks unintelligently about things she really doesn’t know about, and Mic informs us of his vast comic book knowledge, all gained over a short period of time while he was in college (and through the amazing library at Reed College!).
We’ll be exploring the vast work of Rogen & Goldberg, casting choices (and where they may have gone wrong) and various other things we find to bitch about (cuz, lets be real)….but there is also love! Sort of. Sometimes. Maybe. Tune in and find out!
PLUGS:
Mic thinks Game of Thrones is totes worth a rewatch- SO GET ON IT NOWWWWW!
Morgan really thinks you should check out Brandon Sanderson in all facets – especially The Stormlight Archives book 1; The Way of Kings
