Beauty and the Bitch have a collective revelation: we have missed out on years of books by Terry Brooks. Mic has read some, Morgan has read none, but somehow we still manage to have all the opinions. Join us on our journey of recounting the feelings we had watching the TV adaptation called “The Shannara Chronicles”, feelings we have about Terry Brooks, the state of Fantasy, the days of future past surrounding the Shannara series (it’s all over the place), and lots of other shenanigans and bitchiness!

PLUGS:

Mic thinks White Trash: Race and Class in America is an important read for all people (but especially for any onetime self-identifying “trashy” white people, y’all!)

Morgan continues to love the work of Brandon Sanderson, and is thoroughly enjoying Words of Radiance ATM!
